Het is weer december en de lijstjes gieren om de oren. En als we dan ook nog aan het eind van het decennium zijn, is het helemaal feest. Voor mij betekent dat mijn 10 album-toplijstjes naast elkaar leggen en er een nieuwe top 40 van brouwen. Altijd leuk werk op een rustige zondagmiddag. Zie hieronder het resultaat: een puur subjectieve top 40 van de beste platen uit dit eerste decennium van de 21e eeuw.
